Terms & Conditions

1. We require cash or cheque as a non refundable deposit for 1 night’s accommodation either prior to, or on arrival.
2. Should you be unable to keep your reservation we request you inform us as soon as possible so we can try to relet your accommodation.
3. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
   • More than 14 days notice - full refund minus £25 admin charge.
   • 14 days to 48 hours notice - 50% of total stay cost.
   • 48 hours or less notice - 100% of total stay cost.
   • We would recommend you take out holiday/travel insurance to cover you in such circumstances. There is no allowance or reduction for curtailment of a reservation.
4. Accidents happen. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can see to any spillages or damages. A charge may be made if damages are not reported. Likewise items taken from the rooms without consent will be charged for.
5. It is against the law to smoke at Colliers Farm. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave and the full charge will be made.
6. Check in, 4 – 7pm (other times by prior arrangement). Check out 10.30am.
7. Children over 12 welcome. Sorry no pets.
